World of Ecstasy

  1. These House Rules (further: the Rules) set forth the rights and obligations of the person who concluded a rental agreement (further: the Guest) for the use of the Worldofecstasy apartment located in Reda (further: the Apartment).
  2. In order to be able to use the Apartment and to conclude the rental agreement, the Guest needs to become familiar with these Rules and to accept their provisions before concluding the rental agreement.

  4. The Apartment is not a hotel, nor a similar facility. The Guest rents the Apartment from an individual (a private person). It is not possible to obtain an invoice for the rental of the Apartment, withdrawal from the agreement is also not possible.
  5. The Guest can book the Apartment and conclude the rental agreement only via the website https://worldofecstasy.eu. The Apartment is deemed booked (and the rental agreement concluded) at the time the Guest makes the full payment for the stay at the Apartment. It is not possible to change the booking, nor to withdraw from the rental agreement, when the payment for the Apartment had already been made.
  6. To cover any damages to the Apartment and any claims against the Guest related to the rental, the Landlord may charge a refundable deposit at the conclusion of the agreement, in the amount of 112,00 €. In the absence of damages and claims, the deposit shall be returned in the same amount within 7 working days after the Guest’s check-out, to the same bank account from which the deposit was paid. In the event of damages and claims against the Guest, the landlord has the right to retain an appropriate part of the deposit. If the amount of deposit turns out to be insufficient to cover the damages and claims, the Landlord shall be entitled to demand payment of the missing part from the Guest.
  7. The Apartment is rented for the day. The day begins at 5:00 PM and ends the next day at 11:00 AM, which means that the Guest undertakes to leave and vacate the Apartment and leave the key in the manner described below no later than 11:00 AM. If the Guest leaves the Apartment later than 11:00 AM, the Guest may be charged with the cost of the next full day; moreover, they may be charged with the cost of indemnity due for the inability to perform the agreement with the next guest who rented the Apartment. If the Guest wishes to prolong their stay, they should report this fact immediately to the contact details given above. However, the Landlord does not guarantee that the Apartment would be available for continued use.
  8. The Apartment is maintenance-free and provides adequate privacy for guests. For check-in and check-out, the Apartment uses a key locker. The code for the locker, together with the exact address of the Apartment, is provided no later than at the time of check-in. When checking out of the Apartment, the Guest shall leave the key in the locker in a way that prevents access to the keys and to the Apartment by unauthorized persons.
  9. The Apartment is equipped with various erotic equipment and devices. Each of the Guests may use these equipment and devices. All of these equipment and devices are disinfected before the start of each rental.
  10. The Guest and person(s) staying at the Apartment use the equipment and devices at their own risk. Before use of some of the equipment it is necessary to read the relevant manuals. The Landlord shall not be liable for the use of the available equipment and devices.
  11. Smoking of all kinds of tobacco products, the consumption of drugs, as well as the use of candles and similar items is completely forbidden at the Apartment.
  12. It is forbidden to organize bachelor parties / hen parties at the Apartment.
  13. The Apartment is equipped with a Jacuzzi. If the Guest uses the Jacuzzi, they are not allowed to use their own chemicals for the Jacuzzi.
  1. The Guest undertakes that:
    1. There will be a maximum of 6 adults staying at the Apartment at the time of rental for their benefit,
    2. They are a person of legal age, and any persons staying in the Apartment at the time of rental will also be of legal age,
    3. They shall Bear full responsibility for the persons staying in the Apartment as for their own acts and omissions.
  1. The Guest and all persons staying at the Apartment with them are obliged to observe the night quiet hours in the building where the Apartment is located, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  2. If the Guest blatantly or persistently violates the existing order and the Rules, in particular by disturbing the night quiet hours or if their inappropriate behavior makes the use of other premises in the building a nuisance, the Landlord may terminate the lease without notice, in documentary form, by sending a notice of termination to the Guest’s email address from the email address indicated in paragraph 3.
  3. If any damages to the Apartment or its equipment occur, the Guest is obliged to notify this fact immediately to the contact details given in the Rules.
  4. The Guest is not allowed to sublet the Apartment or any parts of it to third parties.
  5. The Guest is not allowed to make any changes, adaptations or improvements to the Apartment. It is also forbidden to change the position of individual erotic equipment connected or adjacent to the floor or walls.
  6. It is forbidden to bring animals into the Apartment (e.g. dogs, cats and others).
  7. After checking in, the Guest undertakes to check the status of equipment of the Apartment, per the Price List enclosed with the Rules. In the case of any shortages, the Guest undertakes to report the lack of equipment or device. Failure to comment on the condition of the Apartment on the day of check-in to the Apartment is equivalent to the fact that the Apartment, as well as the equipment and devices contained therein, have been provided to the Guest in a condition not raising any objections of the Guest. The Guest bears material responsibility for the loss, damage or destruction of any equipment and devices located in the Apartment, as per the Price List enclosed with the Rules.
  8. The Landlord shall not be responsible for any items of the Guest left at the Apartment, nor do they store items left at the Apartment by the Guest. If any items remain at the Apartment after the Guest’s check-out, the Landlord shall be entitled to dispose of them. In the event that disposal needs to be done for a fee, this shall be done at the Guest’s expense.
