Promotion Terms & Conditions – “20% Welcome Discount for the World of Ecstasy Club”

§1. Organiser

The promotion is organised by the owner of the World of Ecstasy apartment, available at https://worldofecstasy.eu/.

§2. Promotion Period

The promotion is valid until 31 August 2026.

The Organiser reserves the right to end the promotion earlier or extend its duration by publishing relevant information on the website.

§3. Eligibility

Participation in the promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

To receive the welcome discount code, participants must:

a) complete the World of Ecstasy Club registration form;

b) provide accurate personal information, including their first name, last name, email address and telephone number;

c) consent to receiving commercial and marketing communications by email and SMS/telephone in accordance with applicable laws.

Each participant is entitled to receive one welcome discount code only.

§4. Discount Code Terms

The discount code entitles the participant to 20% off one stay booked directly with World of Ecstasy.

The code is personal, non-transferable and may be used only once.

The code must be redeemed no later than 31 August 2026.

The code cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discount codes or special offers unless the Organiser decides otherwise.

The code is not valid for reservations made through third-party booking platforms (such as Booking.com) and may only be used for direct bookings made through the official website.

§5. World of Ecstasy Club

Membership in the World of Ecstasy Club is free of charge.

Club members may receive information about promotions, special offers, new services and events related to World of Ecstasy.

Members may cancel their membership at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails or by contacting the Organiser directly.

Cancelling membership does not restore the right to receive another welcome discount code.

§6. Personal Data

Participants’ personal data are processed for the purposes of administering the loyalty programme, sending marketing communications and managing Club membership.

Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Organiser’s website.

§7. Final Provisions

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions for important reasons. Any amendments shall not affect rights already acquired by participants.

These Terms & Conditions become effective on the date of publication on the World of Ecstasy website.
